Two men in suits sit in armchairs facing each other across a small table, with the flags of Russia and Armenia behind them, engaged in a formal conversation. The camera alternates between close-ups of each man as they speak and listen, with the man on the right, in front of the Russian flag, looking down and then up, while the man on the left, in front of the Armenian flag, speaks and gestures slightly.
