An older man with a white beard and glasses leans out of a window on a house with beige siding, initially holding an American flag on a pole. He then removes the American flag and replaces it with a red flag bearing a black swastika, which he holds out the window. After displaying the flag, he retracts it and the pole, returning to the window.
