hi

A white car drives down a street and stops as a person on a motorcycle crashes and falls onto the pavement. A man in a blue shirt runs from the direction of the crash toward the fallen motorcyclist, then turns and walks back toward a man in a white shirt who is standing on a sidewalk and gesturing. The scene is viewed from a monitor displaying a security camera feed.
