Vladon is on fire!

A young boy in a white cap, blue and black jacket, and red pants stands on a paved edge beside a lake, repeatedly extending his arms out to his sides and then bringing them in toward his body in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. In the background, a long, narrow boat with oars is docked on the water, with trees lining the far shore.
