A grey cat lies on a bed covered in a grey and white checkered blanket, its eyes wide as a hand holds a silver fork above its head. The fork is lowered and gently touches the cat's forehead, causing the cat to close its eyes and tilt its head back, then open its eyes again with a startled expression as the fork is lifted away. The scene takes place indoors on a bed with a blue toy airplane visible in the background.
