A person in a black tank top and patterned skirt stands with hands on hips, a blue kettlebell hanging from their leg by a strap, then lifts their leg to swing the kettlebell forward and back in a controlled motion. The scene cuts to a man in a grey shirt lying on his back on a carpeted floor, arching his back and lifting his head and shoulders off the ground, supported by a pillow under his upper back.
