A man in a hospital bed, injured and bandaged, asks a woman if he is dead, to which she replies that he is. He then questions why he sees an angel, and she responds that he should stop. The scene cuts to a woman smiling with hearts, then to an angelic figure with a book, and finally to the man crying in bed as the woman looks on.
