good morning

A shirtless man lies on a blue mat on the floor, his head resting on a pillow, while another person stands beside him holding a purple object. The man on the mat repeatedly lifts his head and upper body slightly, then lets it fall back down in a rhythmic motion. The scene takes place in a room with white walls and a tiled floor, with various items and furniture visible in the background.
