Into the fire

A dark blue sports car drifts on a paved track, emitting smoke from its tires, while a person in a white shirt holds a megaphone and speaks into it at night. The scene cuts to a woman with black hair and white cat ears looking up and to the side, then back to the car drifting on a track with a white and blue livery, and finally to a man with a beard speaking into a megaphone at night.
