What's he saying?

A man and a woman stand on a city sidewalk in front of a store window with a Christmas display; the man holds a phone and speaks to the woman, who listens and smiles, as the camera remains focused on them. The scene is overlaid with text that changes to "UKRAINIAN," "IN UKRAINIAN," and "WHAT SHE SAYS," followed by a screen showing comments in response to the video.
