Eating out

A woman with a serious expression looks at a piece of paper with Russian text, then smiles as she looks at a phone, before the scene cuts to her sitting on a staircase eating from a bowl. The setting is indoors, beginning in a room with a light-colored wall and ending on a carpeted staircase with a wooden railing.
