Staged car crash scam

A blue and white car drives on a snowy road, approaching a group of people and then driving away from the camera. A woman in a grey top and black pants walks in the snow, raising her arms, while a child in a pink snowsuit stands nearby. The car continues down the snowy road, moving away from the camera.
