The beginning of despair

A character with long, light-colored hair and a dark cloak stands in a rocky, cavernous environment, emitting a bright blue energy from their hand. The scene cuts to a close-up of a young male character with brown hair, who is shown in extreme distress, screaming with wide eyes, then collapsing to the ground, his face showing pain and blood, as the energy effect continues to pulse around him.
