like SERIOUSLY

A young man with short hair and an earbud in his left ear is shown in a close-up, static shot against a dark background with a staircase visible behind him. He maintains a slight smile as a date displayed above his head changes from 14.09 to 27.07 to 04.05 and finally to 04.03, at which point his eyes widen in surprise before he closes them and opens his mouth slightly, as if reacting to the final date. The text overlay in Russian translates to "this mask says the day you made a mistake," and a second text overlay appears at the end, reading "yes, f@ck, I don't remember what it was then."
