Shurik's Games

A man in a fur hat and coat stands in the snow, looking around with a surprised expression as snowflakes fall. The scene cuts to a close-up of the White Walker from Game of Thrones, then to a man in a lab coat and a woman in a nurse's uniform talking to a blonde man in a hospital hallway.
