Let it be cut off

A crowd of men wearing traditional hats stands in a line, then the scene cuts to a close-up of an older man with a long white beard speaking intensely, followed by a shot of another man with a dark curly beard looking down solemnly. The setting appears to be an outdoor gathering in a historical or rural environment.
