Description
A person's hands operate a machine that dispenses a white, foamy substance into a cup, then the scene cuts to a stuffed duck in a sailor outfit being placed on a ride, where it moves up and down and side to side while a hand briefly touches it. The setting is an indoor arcade or game room.
