Shotgun

A man in a grassy outdoor area kneels and aims a homemade crossbow-like device, pulling back a green elastic band to launch an object toward a wooden target. The device is constructed from metal pipes and a wooden stock, and the man fires it multiple times, with the projectile hitting the target.
