what are you on?

A blue-haired anime girl with a flushed face and open mouth appears distressed, with a stream of liquid erupting from her mouth, set against a dark background with floating particles. The scene cuts to a high-angle view of a cluttered room, then to a bright white screen with a green silhouette, followed by a red and yellow network of glowing lines forming a tunnel, a close-up of a male anime character with green eyes and a serious expression, and finally a close-up of a red, curved surface with a glowing line.
