What for?

Two men stand on a boat deck, one in a plaid shirt leaning against a white wall, the other in a vest and hat gesturing toward a large painted banner that reads "YPA!" with a cartoon figure; the scene cuts to a crowd watching the boat, then back to the men on the deck as the banner flutters in the wind.
