Is this Kazakhstan?

On a moon-like surface with Earth in the sky, a group of video game characters, including Kermit the Frog, Woody, and Mario, take turns sitting in a row of white and black chairs. As the camera moves along the line, each character reacts to a black lamp with "AFK" written on it, with Kermit eventually looking at the lamp and asking "кэ?" while another character asks "казахстан да?".
