Hit me.

A man in a hospital gown is restrained by two men in a hospital hallway, one holding a gun, while another man in a white robe runs through a park with palm trees. The scene shifts to a man running through a graffiti-covered underpass, then across a grassy park, and finally to a close-up of a medical monitor displaying a heart rate of 172 and a charging defibrillator.
