Minions

A man in a beanie and striped scarf stands on a balcony at night, holding a glowing object and gesturing with his other hand, while a large group of people in yellow and blue costumes dance and move energetically below. The scene cuts between the man on the balcony and the crowd, who are jumping, waving their arms, and moving in unison in a nighttime outdoor setting.
