The chase

A white SUV and an orange dump truck are involved in a traffic incident at a multi-lane intersection with a railway crossing; the SUV stops in the middle of the intersection as the dump truck passes, then a black car drives onto the railway tracks and is struck by the passing truck, which continues forward. The scene takes place in a suburban area with buildings, trees, and a clear sky.
