Katsuragi Misato

A character with dark blue hair and a red jacket removes a black eye patch, revealing a confident expression, then turns and walks down a long, blue-lit corridor toward another person, before the scene cuts to a close-up of the character's face showing surprise and excitement while holding a phone. The setting shifts from an outdoor landscape to an indoor corridor and then to a confined space with metal structures.
