A grey and white tabby cat lies on its back in a person's lap, holding a yellow, flexible object with its front paws and looking up with wide eyes. The cat remains in this position throughout the loop, occasionally shifting its gaze and the object it holds. The setting appears to be a bedroom with a bed and clothes in the background.
