Got them drunk

A person wearing a headlamp and gloves works inside a dark, confined space, likely a vehicle's fuel tank, with a hand tool, while liquid drips from the opening. The scene begins with a view of the fuel tank opening, then shows the person's face as they lean in, and ends with a close-up of their hands manipulating a tool inside the tank.
