A man in a suit drinks from a glass of amber liquid in a dimly lit room, then the scene cuts to the same man in a blood-splattered protective gown, looking distressed in a brightly lit, sterile environment, before cutting back to the man drinking. The sequence loops between these two contrasting scenes.
