Where, where?

A man in a top hat and fur coat stands in a snowy landscape, looking around with a concerned expression as snow falls. The scene cuts to a group of people watching intently, then to a man in a light shirt leaning against a brick wall, followed by a man in a hat peeking through a net, before returning to the man in the top hat.
