Spins and twirls

A person with blue hair, wearing a brown crop top and a light-colored pleated skirt, spins a yellow hula hoop around their waist and upper body in a continuous motion. They stand in a room with white walls, a wooden door frame to the left, and a framed picture on the wall to the right, moving their arms and body to keep the hoop in motion.
