A man with a nose ring and a red jacket sits in an airplane seat, repeatedly opening his mouth wide and inserting his fingers, while the camera cuts to a close-up of his face showing wide, white eyes. The scene alternates between this action and a shot of him sitting upright with a shocked expression, surrounded by other passengers whose heads are covered in red, plastic-like masks.
