A man in a black suit performs a bench press with a barbell in a grassy outdoor area, then stands and lifts the barbell above his head before collapsing to his knees, repeating the sequence. The scene alternates between a close-up of the man lifting the barbell and a wide shot of him kneeling on the grass with the barbell resting on his shoulders.
