A small black and white dog stands on its hind legs behind a wire pet gate, pressing its front paws against the mesh and looking through the opening into a room with a white appliance and a window. The dog repeatedly lifts its paws and shifts its weight, appearing to beg to be let through, before briefly dropping down and then returning to its standing position.
