Chumak - GI tract

A man with white hair and glasses, wearing a striped sweater, stands against a plain purple background and speaks while gesturing with both hands. He moves his hands in front of his chest, palms facing each other, then opens his right hand and moves it outward while his left hand remains open and slightly raised.
