what's this?

A young child with blonde hair, wearing a dark cardigan, stands in a living room and repeatedly presses buttons on a black remote control, causing a red light to flash from the device. The child is focused on the remote, manipulating it with both hands, while a television in the background displays a menu screen. The scene cuts to a title card with Cyrillic text.
