At the psychologist's

A tabby cat sits on a grey couch, holding a green notebook and pen, looking at the camera with a serious expression, then closes its eyes and appears to fall asleep. The scene cuts to a woman lying on the couch, making a pained expression, before cutting back to the cat, now asleep with the notebook and pen resting on its paws.
