Set-up

A man in a dark blue tracksuit stands on a balcony at night, playing a harmonica to a police officer in a dark uniform. The officer, holding a baton, listens intently, then turns and walks away down the balcony, looking back over his shoulder. The scene takes place on a balcony with a metal railing, against a brick wall with a window and green vines.
