Congratulations

A police officer points a taser at a man in a parking lot, who then pulls a cigarette and points it back at the officer, mimicking a gun. The man, wearing a torn shirt and a beanie, stands in a parking lot as the officer, in uniform, aims the taser. The man then points the cigarette forward, and text overlays appear on screen.
