A woman in a black sports bra and white shorts walks away from the camera on a path near a body of water, then turns and runs toward the camera with her hair flying. The scene cuts to the same woman in a black sports bra and black leggings with a pink resistance band around her thighs, performing a squat with her back to the camera and looking over her shoulder, smiling. The setting alternates between an outdoor path next to a lake and a plain white studio background.
