I Am the Law!

A young boy with blonde hair and a red vest looks up and to the side with a thoughtful expression, then turns his head slightly to the right, his eyes widening in surprise. The scene is set in a cluttered room with toys and a windmill visible in the background. The image cuts to a close-up of a man in a red helmet, then to a wide shot of silhouetted figures standing in a city street, followed by a title card with the Russian text "СУДЬЯ ПРЕДА" on a fiery orange background.
