Dancing together

Two men in dark clothing stand on a concrete surface next to a small truck, with one man repeatedly stepping into and out of a large, flat tire on the ground. The man in the foreground steps into the tire, then steps out and turns away, while the other man remains standing in the tire, and the sequence repeats. The setting appears to be an outdoor rural area with green vegetation in the background.
