They aren't standing

A man in a dark suit speaks into a microphone while gesturing with his right hand, set against a backdrop of Hungarian flags and the text "JÓ REGGELT, MAGYARORSZÁG!". The scene then cuts to two men standing outdoors in a park, shaking hands and then conversing, with one man in a dark jacket and the other in a white shirt, near a tree with green foliage and a building in the background.
