What, again?!

A brown dog runs around the top of a green, spherical planet, pulling a small wooden cart, while a grey cat appears at the bottom, looking up. The dog completes a full loop around the planet, and the cat, now at the top, asks in Russian, "— Шо, опять?" ("— What, again?"), as the dog continues its journey.
