A group of men in a wood-paneled room, including one playing an accordion, perform an energetic, synchronized dance routine, with exaggerated movements and expressions, while another man in a uniform makes a hand gesture. The scene cuts to two men in police uniforms sitting at a desk, one speaking into a phone while the other watches.
