A woman in blue leggings and a white top lies on a brown mat in a deep stretch, her legs spread wide and her head resting on her hands, looking up at the camera with a smile before briefly glancing down at her watch. She remains in the stretch, shifting her gaze between the camera and her watch, then returns her gaze to the camera.
