pull-up bar

A man in a black jacket performs a controlled swing on a horizontal bar in an outdoor park, transitioning from a seated position to a full inverted hang with his legs extended upward, then begins to lower himself back down. The setting is a playground with red and black metal exercise equipment and bare trees in the background.
