A hand reaches into a dark, blurry space, then the scene cuts to a war-torn urban environment with smoke and debris, where soldiers carry a wounded comrade on a stretcher through a damaged street, followed by a night scene of a building on fire with figures in the foreground, and finally a soldier dragging a person through a shattered doorway. The setting is a conflict zone with active combat, destruction, and emergency response.
