Green muzzles

A man in a hat and vest stands in a smoky, dimly lit environment, holding a knife and looking down. The scene cuts to a group of soldiers with green faces and red painted mouths, wearing military uniforms and helmets, walking forward in a line through a narrow passage. The camera follows them as they move, with the focus shifting between different soldiers in the group.
