Yokha

A woman in a purple leotard and grey leg warmers performs a complex yoga pose, attempting to balance her feet on her head while seated on a mat, as she follows a yoga video on a laptop in a dimly lit room. She transitions from a seated position with her legs raised to a full backbend, then attempts to hold the pose while looking at the camera, before the video cuts to the laptop screen showing the instructor's version of the same pose.
