Dogs

A dog repeatedly kicks its hind leg in the air while lying on the ground, then the scene cuts to a police officer standing outside a building with a small dog walking toward him, before cutting back to the dog kicking its leg. The setting alternates between a dark indoor space and a bright outdoor area with palm trees and a building.
